Terms of Use & Purchase Conditions
These conditions govern the purchase of treatments and services from ClariDay Weight Loss Clinic via our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the terms set out below. If you are unsure about any part of these conditions, please contact us before proceeding.
Ordering Process & Legal Agreement
Placing an order on our website constitutes a request for treatment. No contract exists at the point of checkout.
A binding agreement is created only after:

Clinical review has been completed

A prescriber has approved the request

The partner pharmacy has released the order for dispatch
ClariDay Weight Loss Clinic may refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch where clinically or operationally necessary. If this occurs, all payments made will be refunded in full within 15 working days.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested only while medication remains undispatched and undispensed. Requests must be submitted promptly with your order reference details.
Once medication has been dispensed, it is customised, labelled, and sealed specifically for you. Due to UK regulations governing prescription medicines, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted after this stage.
This restriction applies regardless of:

Whether the order has been delivered
-
Whether you later decide not to continue treatment
As dispensing can occur on the same day as ordering, any change requests must be made immediately after purchase.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may take up to 10 working days, though refunds are often completed sooner.
Treatment Expectations, Results & Tolerability
ClariDay Weight Loss Clinic supplies only UK-approved medications dispensed by licensed pharmacies. We do not manufacture any pharmaceutical products.
No refunds are provided where:

Treatment outcomes differ from expectation

Weight loss targets are not achieved

Adverse or unwanted side effects occur
All prescription medications carry known and unknown risks, and individual responses vary. Before ordering, you will be required to confirm that you have read and understood the official patient information leaflet.
By proceeding with treatment, you accept that:

Side effects may occur, including those not listed

ClariDay Weight Loss Clinic is not liable for personal treatment outcomes
To reduce unnecessary waste, we recommend ordering the lowest available starting quantity.
Prescription-only medications are legally excluded from return or refund.
Faulty Injection Pens or Medical Devices
If you suspect a device or pen is defective, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of receipt.
Where requested, the unused item must be returned via tracked delivery with details of the issue. The device will be submitted to the manufacturer for assessment.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed:

A replacement may be issued, or
-
A refund or partial refund may be offered
Manufacturer investigations can take up to six weeks. During this period, replacements or refunds cannot be issued, and you may need to place a new order to avoid treatment interruption.
Faults must be reported within 45 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
Important:

Do not return any products unless instructed in writing. Prescription items returned without authorisation must be destroyed and are not eligible for refund.

Do not dispose of medication independently. Refunds or replacements can only be considered when unused products are returned as directed.
Incorrect Items
If an incorrect item has been supplied, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
Delivery Issues & Missing Parcels
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services, and tracking information is provided once dispatched.
If a courier confirms that a parcel has been lost during transit, you will be offered either:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund
If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be returned and will not qualify for refund or replacement.
Delivery is considered successful if accepted by another individual at the address provided. Please ensure anyone receiving the parcel is aware of storage requirements.
Non-delivery concerns must be raised within 7 days of ordering. After this period, investigations may no longer be possible.
Courier Delays & Temperature-Controlled Products
Where delivery delays caused by the courier may have compromised temperature-sensitive medication, the item must be returned for review.
Returned medication will be logged and destroyed by the pharmacy before a replacement or refund is considered. Returns must be made using tracked delivery, or collection can be arranged.
Important:
Medication must not be discarded by the patient. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued unless unused items are returned as instructed.
No compensation is available where delays result from missed delivery attempts.
Delivery Marked as Complete but Not Received
If tracking indicates delivery but the parcel has not been received, you must notify us on the same day.
A courier investigation will be initiated, typically requiring up to 6 working days. You may be asked to complete documentation during this process.
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the investigation is formally concluded.
