Shipping & Cold-Chain Handling
All injectable weight-loss treatments and prescribed medications are supplied directly by our UK-registered pharmacy partners (Certus Healthcare / Primed Pharmacy). Every order is prepared by a qualified dispensing professional and packaged discreetly using medical-grade insulated materials and ice gel packs to protect temperature-sensitive products.
Our packaging system is designed to maintain a stable temperature between 2°C and 8°C for a minimum of 48 hours. As delivery vehicles are not temperature-controlled, cold-chain integrity during transit is ensured entirely by the specialist packaging used.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are shipped to your selected address using a tracked next-day delivery service, or a two-day tracked service for Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
We aim to clinically approve and dispatch orders within one working day, and many orders are sent the same day. However, dispatch times may occasionally be extended due to prescription authorisation or internal verification processes.
Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. While most parcels arrive within 48 hours of dispatch, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Courier Services & Tracking
We use established third-party delivery providers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL. All shipments are sent via tracked services, and delivery updates are provided.
Although next-day services are used wherever possible, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed. If your parcel has not arrived within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us so we can promptly investigate.
Please note: as items are usually shipped directly from the pharmacy, the sender name may appear as Certus Healthcare or Primed Pharmacy, rather than ClariDay Weight Loss Clinic.

Important Delivery Conditions
A signature is required for all deliveries. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
If the parcel is accepted by another individual at the address (such as a concierge or household member), this will be classed as successful delivery.
Tracking updates will be provided, so please inform anyone receiving the parcel on your behalf to store it appropriately.

Failed or missed deliveries caused by unavailability may result in the order being returned. In such cases, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

We cannot replace or refund items affected by missed deliveries or delivery rescheduling.
If you require dispatch on a specific date, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returned & Undeliverable Orders
Under UK regulations governing prescription medicines, any medication returned to the pharmacy must be destroyed and cannot be reused or resent.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel, refund, or replace it—even if it is returned following failed delivery attempts.
Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid loss of your order.
Courier Services & Tracking
We deliver within the UK only. Due to legal and logistical requirements, we cannot ship prescription medication internationally.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived
All orders are sent via tracked delivery, and tracking details will be issued by email or SMS upon dispatch.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund, once the courier has verified the loss.
However, if delivery was attempted unsuccessfully, or the address provided was incorrect, the order may be returned. In these circumstances, refunds or replacements are not available.
Please contact us within 7 days of placing your order if it has not arrived. After this period, courier investigations may no longer be possible.
Courier Delays & Product Integrity
If your order is delivered significantly late due to courier delays and the cold chain may have been compromised, the medication must be returned to us for assessment.
The item will be destroyed by the pharmacy and logged accordingly before a replacement or refund can be issued. You may return it via tracked delivery, or we can arrange a collection.
Important:
Do not dispose of the medication yourself. Refunds or replacements can only be issued if the product is returned unopened and unused.
Delays caused by failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Disputed Deliveries
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us immediately on the delivery date.
We will request an investigation with the courier, which typically takes up to 6 working days. You may be asked to complete and return a claim form as part of this process.
Refunds or replacements cannot be processed until the courier investigation is complete. To avoid disruption to your treatment, we recommend placing a new order while the investigation is ongoing.
